Liz has over 26 years experience working in the Spanish health sector caring for those visiting the country. For over 20 years she was responsible for a leading tour operator's welfare dept in Mallorca before joining a leading Medical Assistance company as Operations Director.

Liz naturally speaks fluent Spanish and her responsibilities include the day to day management of Medical Screening and also the monitoring costs of hospitalisation/treatment and controlling standards of service provided from all suppliers and overall ensuring high standards of service are met.

José has over 5 years experience in Medical Assistance and Cost Containment where he has utilised his multi-lingual skills to great effect speaking Spanish, French and Portuguese fluently.

Prior to working within the medical assistance industry he spent 7 years with the Metropolitan Police in Victim Support and in the Major Incident and Crisis management centre at Heathrow Airport.

José has day to day responsibility for the Operations team, promoting and maintaining the highest standard of care whilst safeguarding the interests of clients.

Ludmila has over 2 years experience in medical assistance and utilises daily her multi-lingual skills speaking fluent Spanish, Slovakian, Czech, German and Russian.

Prior to working within the Medical Assistance Industry, she spent 2 years as a Social Worker, and has cared for Children and disabled adults.

Ludmila has the day to day responsibility to receive and manage individual, or group requests for Medical Assistance, and to dedicate expert service standards providing practical solutions to our clients.

Eduardo has over 3 years experience in medical assistance and constantly finds use for his multi-lingual skills speaking fluent Spanish, French, Italian, and has very good knowledge of German.

Prior to working within the Medical Assistance Sector, he spent over 4 years working in the tourist industry, and holds a University Degree in International Tourism.

Eduardo has the day to day responsibility to receive and manage individual, or group requests for Medical Assistance, and to dedicate expert service standards providing practical solutions to our clients.

Rachael has over 2 years experience working in finance and administration in the Medical Assistance Industry.

Prior to working within the Medical Assistance Sector, she spent many years working in management, bringing her knowledge of administration to the Medical Assistance Industry.

Rachael has the day to day responsibility of monitoring suppliers invoices, liasing with Claims Departments, and maintaining a high standard of service within the Finance/ Administration Department.
