Service Standards

We have Service Standards for virtually everything that we do in our office.

Our research tells us that the following are the most important things that we get right:

  • We will never have an automated switchboard - you and your clients will always speak to a real person.
  • We will deliver a personal service and wherever possible, one coordinator will deal with a case from start to finish achieving continuity
  • We will ensure clear and effective communication with all affected parties
  • We will always act with common sense and in the best interests of the injured or ill party and our insurer partners
